1. Valid Reasons for Exchange

 (Exchange requests must be initiated within three (3) days from the date of delivery)

Exchanges are permitted only under the following circumstances:

i) Manufacturing / Production Defects

•    Products with genuine manufacturing or production defects are eligible for exchange. 
•    Upon verification, the Company shall process the exchange without additional product cost. 

ii) Size Exchange
•    Customers may request an exchange for size-related issues. 
•    Size exchanges are subject to: 
o    Availability of the requested size 
o    Payment of applicable exchange charges, including costs for product dry cleaning and re-courier

(Orders Cancellations are not permitted once placing the order)

2. Exchange Process
•    Upon receipt of the returned product, the Company will conduct a quality inspection.
•    If the product passes inspection:
•    A replacement product will be dispatched. 

  1.  If the requested size or product is unavailable:
    •    The customer may: 
      i)  Select an alternative product of equal value, or 
      ii) Receive a coupon code equivalent to the product value, redeemable on future purchases

3. Eligibility for Exchange

•    Exchange requests must be initiated within three (3) days from the date of delivery.
•     Each order shall be eligible for one (1) exchange only.
•     Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
•     The Company reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not comply with this Policy.

4. Mandatory Proof Requirement

 A continuous unpacking video is mandatory for all claims related to defective or incorrect products.
   The video must:
•    Be recorded without cuts or edits 
•    Clearly show the sealed package being opened 
•    Clearly display the defect 
( Failure to provide valid video proof may result in rejection of the request)

5. Return Shipping Policy
•    The Company does not provide reverse pickup services.
•     Customers are required to return the product through a nearby courier service at their own cost.
•    The Company shall not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments during return transit.

6. Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange requests shall not be accepted under the following conditions:
•    Requests made after the 3-day window 
•    Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery 
•    Minor variations in color due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution 
•    Incorrect size selection without willingness to pay exchange charges 
•    Products purchased under sale, clearance, or promotional offers (if applicable)

•    The Company does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
•     Only exchanges or coupon codes will be provided as per this Policy.
