Shipping Policy – Uzhamagal
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders with Immediate Dispatch Collection will be processed and dispatched within 1 working day.
- Delivery takes 2-5 working days
- Orders are processed only on working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
2. Made-to-Order & Pre-Book Items
- Made-to-order products require 15–25 working days for production before dispatch.
- For pre-book items, dispatch will be done as per the estimated date mentioned in the product description.
- Once the order is placed, please do not request for early delivery as it’s not possible to prioritise any order.
3. Delivery Timeline
- South India: Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
- North India: Delivery may take 7–10 working days, depending on the location and courier service availability.
4. International Shipping
- International orders are currently handled manually via WhatsApp or insta social media channels.
- customer want to check with the product availability and confirm the order.
- Shipping charges will be calculated based an order package weight and dimensions.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
- If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe or not delivered, please contact us at:

6. Important Notes
- Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate while placing the order.
- Uzhamagal is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
